We have two bedrooms for sublease from the beginning of May to the end of August! We are located 3 minutes away from the Mckernan/Belgravia train station (two stops away from the UofA), or a 15 minute walk to campus. Close to a Safeway grocery store, as well as Whyte Ave. The rooms can include furniture or if you prefer without, we can arrange that. Shared kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. One working roommate will be at the house for the summer, and another for July and August classes. Both female, quiet, and respectful! Rent is $775/month with utilities and wifi included!
