$99/day ($2,970 per 30 days)
$150 cleaning/prep fee (Clean guarantee: If you don't agree that your temporary home is clean, we will refund your cleaning fee).
$500 security deposit
Rates based on lease start date no more than 5-days of application.
Application Fee: $75.00 for the 1st occupant and $50.00 for each occupant thereafter.
To secure a reservation, the application must be completed and the fee paid.
