There is the option to gain a resident permit from the City of Minneapolis for $25 per year, which allows you to park overnight and for extended periods of time on the street.

We allow up to 2 cats per unit
Cat fee: $150 non-refundable (per cat).

We allow 1 dog per unit, weight may not exceed 40 pounds.
Dog fee: $300 non-refundable

OCCUPANCY:
2 Bedrooms - up to 4 people. No more than 2 adults over the age of 18 is allowed.
UTILITIES:
Water and sewer billing is a flat rate of $45/month
Trash billing is a flat rate of $10/month
Gas billing is a flat rate of $20/month
Tenants are responsible for electric, wifi and cable.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2.95x Income to Base Rental Rate Ratio.
