All our apartment homes have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a glass-top range/stove combo. They feature slab quartz countertops, LED lighting throughout and faux wood plank floors. There is no carpet in our apartments, and residents pay for their own utilities. We do not offer furnished units currently.
We have a Community Room, a 24-hour gym, and a 3rd floor outdoor area called the Plaza. The Plaza is a park-like setting with two BBQs for resident use, tables and chairs, and a pet station. We are a pet-friendly community and offer free bicycle storage. Reserved vehicle parking is an additional $150 per month, if needed.
